This beautiful, detached house offers a stunning double height living area with a cozy wood burner, perfect for those chilly nights. The well-appointed kitchen/diner is a joy to work in, with every amenity you could need. The comfortable beds and modern bathrooms ensure a relaxing stay. The convenient location allows for easy access to Port Appin, Castle Stalker, and Portnacroish. Plus, being near the cycle route makes it ideal for cycling and walks. With its excellent facilities and convenient location, it's the perfect choice for exploring the surrounding areas.
A minor issue was a missing supply of salt and pepper in the kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay at Old Tynribbie House - Comfortable Detached House in Appin. the house was beautiful and had every facility we needed. the double height living area with a wood burner was especially stunning, and the large, well-appointed kitchen/diner was a joy to work in. the bedrooms were well-equipped with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. the location was convenient for exploring Port Appin, Castle Stalker, and Portnacroish, and being near the cycle route made it easy to go for cycling and walks. We also enjoyed our visit to the Old Inn at Portnacroish, which was recommended. the house's position on the main road through Appin made it a great base for exploring Oban, Fort William, and Glencoe. Communication with the host was clear and efficient.

The house was clean and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great, with convenient access to Port Appin, Castle Stalker, and Portnacroish. We especially enjoyed the double height living area with a wood burner, as well as the large and well-appointed kitchen/diner. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were modern, adding to our overall satisfaction. Additionally, being situated near the cycle route made it easy for us to go cycling and enjoy walks in the area.
While our overall experience was positive, we encountered a little issue in the kitchen. However, we were in contact with the owner and they were responsive to our concerns.
